FLACCO is the son of a Honduran immigrant and an unknown man. He has four sisters from a different father. He became active in gangs from an early age. He is estranged from everyone sharing his DNA.
At 16, he stabbed a classmate to death for lunch money. He was tried as a minor and released at 21. While in prison, he shivved a sexual predator who chose him as his “bitch.” A hundred inmates witnessed it, but no one saw anything. Flacco walked as leader of a gang he organized while incarcerated.
LATIN EMPIRE ran a small scale drugs operation out of Inglewood, but by 2021 it was one of the largest South Central sets in membership and territory. Gangs south of the 105 offered a joint prize for his head for years, but his notoriously loyal followers never betrayed him.
After Romero Day, Flacco went after food supplies and police stations. When Zombies overran South Central, he moved his crew to the Venice Beach Boardwalk to keep the fight to one front. Flacco was seriously injured when dynamite meant to blow a bank safe exploded before time.
His crew kidnapped a nurse from a hospital to help him. She amputated Flacco’s hand and removed an eye to save his life. Her cat kept him company during recovery. Flacco adopted her as his gang’s mascot.
